Vintage Inspiration Challenge

SCS Inspiration Challenge: Blue Carrot Shop

(Which is specially named this month for Halloween... the Boo Carrot Shop! Gotta love it!)

It's a great shop with lots of cool vintage items, but it did make me feel a little old! Eek! Now that is scary... a perfect feeling for Halloween, I guess.

I chose these FireKing mugs as my inspiration for my first card.
(And I'm happy to say, I don't recognize them at all!!!)

I also made this "thank you" card for the SCS Hope You Can Cling To challenges for UT MD Anderson Cancer Center in Texas.

Rubbernecker Stamps: wheat bundle (531_07),
Victorian Diamond panel/BG (485), sentiment (25_22)
Paper: SU white, more mustard, early espresso
Ink: SU more mustard, Ranger wild honey distress ink
Accessories: SU ribbon & brads, pop-up dots

I had to make a second card because I couldn't get this inspiration photo out of my head.

This cute popcorn bear image was calling me!

Rubbernecker Stamps: Stamp Oasis Popcorn Bear (1067 SO)
Paper: white, SU real red & brilliant blue
Ink: Memento black, Copic markers
Tools: SU photo corner punch, Martha Stewart zig-zag border punch
Accessories: Offray ribbon, pop-up dots
