Psalm119:105

This is a StampTV card that I made last week and just haven't gotten around to posting it yet.

StampTV sketch challenge 3/4/10

Stamps: Lovely Labels (Gina K Designs/Nina Brackett), Guiding Light (Gina K Designs/Rupa Shevde)
Paper: chocolate chip, brocade blue, white
Ink: Palette burnt umber, creamy caramel, Copic markers (G21, G24, B93, E31, W2, C0, E0000, Y000)
Accessories: CM custom cutting system, brads

I cut out the label myself, but hopefully some day I will have the Nesties! :)

Who is a vizier?

On the Christian Paper Crafts site, I start 2 threads on the same day that I post the color challenge. One is the question-of-the-day... Today it is the question posted in the challenge: What does St. PAtrick's Day mean to you?

I also start a thread in the "What are you doing today?" sub-forum. I thought I'd post what I would be doing today... testing. :)

Anyone taking a test today? My students had 4 tests last week: 2 math, science (cells & heredity), & language arts (persuasion & advertising). Today, we take the last of the tests... for now. Tuesday will be a welcomed relief!

Today's Test: Social Studies - Daily Life in Ancient Egypt (Chapter 9)

Quick review!!!
Who is a vizier?

Here are some easier ones: What is embalming?
What are you doing if you are using heiroglyphics?
What is the government doing when it conducts a census?
What important thing is in short supply during a famine?

How did you do?

A CAS Chocolate Mint Bunny Card

What does St. Patrick's Day mean to you? To me, it means being able to get a Mint Shamrock Shake at McDonald's! My McDonald's allows us to have it our way... 1/2 mint & 1/2 chocolate. Yummy! This is not a theme challenge... The chocolate mint shakes simply inspired our challenge for you:

This week we have a CAS color challenge for you: any shades of green and brown + white or cream

This also is this week's color challenge on Christian Paper Crafts :) - CM48

Stamps: Unity's January KOM '10
Paper: white, chocolate chip, sage shadow
Ink: Palette burnt umber
Accessories: satin ribbon & bow from a package, Nesties, Martha Stewart lace border punch, Cuttlebug Victoria EF
